In the interest of our close-knit community, small, quiet and essentially indoor pets are permitted. We highly recommend discussing your pet requirements with our Village Coordinator during your application or private tour so we can ensure a comfortable fit for everyone.
RFBI utilises a transparent License Agreement model. You pay an upfront Ingoing Contribution (the unit purchase price). Because it is a license agreement, you do not pay any stamp duty or registration fees. When you choose to leave the village, a Deferred Management Fee (DMF) is deducted from your exit return. RFBI’s standard DMF is capped at 30% over a 7-year stay, meaning you are guaranteed a minimum of 70% of your ingoing contribution back. We also offer flexible options to lower your upfront entry costs.
Recurrent charges cover the stress-free running and maintenance of the village. This includes council rates, water rates, building insurance, extensive building maintenance (both inside and outside your villa), lawn mowing, upkeep of the manicured common gardens, and operation of the village community bus. You are only responsible for your own personal utilities like phone, internet, electricity and contents insurance.
One of the greatest benefits of Lake Haven is our co-located care setup. If you ever require extra help with daily tasks, you can access RFBI Care At Home services right inside your villa. Should your needs shift toward 24/7 support, you receive priority consideration for a seamless transition into the co-located RFBI Lake Haven Residential Aged Care home on the same site.

Yes! We operate a dedicated village community bus. It runs scheduled trips to local shopping centres so you can get your errands done without stressing about driving or parking. The bus is also used regularly for social excursions, day trips, and community outings organised by our residents.
