The 36 retirement units at RFBI Pearce Masonic Retirement Village are approximately 78 m2 in area. Each unit is fully equipped. The kitchen includes a spacious preparation area, built in storage, oven, and built in storage space.
All units have reverse cycle split-system air-conditioning, carpets, double curtains tracks, light fittings, security screen doors and lockup storage space, separate bathroom and internal laundries.

Established in 1976, Pearce Retirement Living Village was constructed in nine sections, with four units in each. Established for the financially disadvantaged, and known as a Tenancy Village, all units are provided on a rental basis.
