A move to RFBI Leeton Masonic Retirement Village allows you to forget home maintenance, gardening, lawn mowing and the countless tasks that become increasingly burdensome so you can focus on the fun things in life.

Here, you will be able to enjoy a lifestyle as active as you please doing the things you love doing, and then relax and enjoy your surroundings.

Friendly community in the heart of the Riverina region

Your new home at RFBI Leeton Masonic Retirement Village is located in the Riverina Region, about halfway between Sydney and Melbourne.

It was the first town built as part of the Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area (MIA) and was designed with the assistance of Walter Burley Griffin. Leeton, known as Australia’s Rice Town, has won a number of awards in the Keep Australia Beautiful competition. RFBI Leeton Masonic Retirement Village is conveniently located close to shops, services and transport.

As a village resident, you are invited to attend functions at the residential village next door. These include special celebration days and entertainment that has been arranged for you. When you don't feel like preparing your own meals, you can dine at the main dining room, enjoying meals at minimum charge.

Your villa nestles within beautiful landscaped gardens, perfect for taking it easy, relaxing or chatting with family and friends.

Everything you need is right here

RFBI Leeton Masonic Retirement Village is a small and beautifully appointed village made up of ten 2-bedroom independent living units designed to meet the needs of active retirees.

The village offers the only retirement living villas in the local region. The villas have two bedrooms, a separate bathroom, toilet, laundry, kitchen/dining living area and an attached lock-up garage.

The villas are well spaced, offering you real privacy. They are surrounded by established trees and low-maintenance gardens. You will also enjoy a verandah with lovely views and access to a shared central outdoor gazebo and barbeque area.

Your surroundings here offer peace of mind with grounds maintenance and quality security services. All villas are built on a single level with access via ramps, not steps. There is easy, direct access to your villa from the village road.

Please note that you will need to pay a departure fee when you leave this village.

The first stage of RFBI Leeton Masonic Retirement Village arose from a cooperative achievement between RFBI, Leeton Shire Council, Leeton Yanco Masonic Lodge and Gogeldrie Masonic Lodge. The land was purchased in 1996 and the Village opened in 1999 with six retirement living villas. In 2003 it was expanded to offer ten 2-bedroom villas.

The Albert Trembath Villas were officially opened by Dr Gregory Levensten MD JP at the foundation laying ceremony in 2009.
