The Village is set amidst expansive gardens with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

Our retirement living accommodation at RFBI Armidale Masonic Retirement Village offers 34 villas, each offering beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Choose from two 3-bedroom villas and thirty-two 2-bedroom villas, all designed for comfort and convenience. Every villa includes internal access to a lock-up garage and thirty-one villascome with sunrooms, while some also offer a study for added versatility.
For your peace of mind, each villa is equipped with an emergency response system.
To keep you connected with family and friends, the village is fully connected to the new high-speed National Broadband Network (NBN), making it easy to stay in touch and use your technology with ease.
Residents also enjoy access to shared village facilities, including a resident lounge, kitchenette and library. These spaces provide a welcoming environment to relax and socialise with friends and family.
Please note that you will need to pay a departure fee when you leave this village.

History
RFBI Armidale Masonic Retirement Village opened in 1995 with 12 villas. Additional buildings, including the administration centre and the Masonic Centre, were completed subsequently and officially opened in 1997 by the Rt Hon. Ian Sinclair AC, former Federal Member for New England.
Owing to public demand, an additional 20 villas were constructed from 1999 onwards. Today, the village comprises 34 units.
