Children at RFBI Leeton Masonic Village

Research has proven that children can improve the quality of residents living in aged care. At RFBI Leeton Masonic Village, children from Wamoon Public School are invited to visit the Village every Wednesday morning to spend time with our residents in the memory care unit.

Three (3) children with a support worker drop into our Village to entertain and encourage residents to join them in a variety of games, such as Ten Pin bowling, balloon tennis and balloon soccer. It is clear to see our residents enjoying the company of the children, as well as working their motor skills in the games they play together.

We are proud to have built strong relationships within the local community and are always organising great activities to keep our residents active. To read more about our Village activities, visit our News & Events page.
