Travel the World fine dining experiences arrive in Concord

RFBI is well-known in our industry for our commitment to quality food service, nutrition and fine dining experiences. Many of our village Catering Teams host special fine dining moments for residents to enjoy, featuring decor, themed and restaurant-quality cuisine and support from our staff.

Just recently, our team in RFBI Concord Community Village launched our new Travel the World fine dining series with a sophisticated Departure from Australia event.

The village hall was transformed with festive Aussie-themed decorations, setting the stage for an unforgettable culinary journey. From the moment residents and staff arrived in their vibrant Australian attire, the air was filled with laughter and anticipation.

The highlight of the evening’s menu was our signature marry me chicken, a delightful dish featuring tender chicken in a creamy sauce with semi-dried tomatoes and spinach. This crowd-favourite was perfectly complemented by sides prepared with the freshest local produce. And of course, no Australian-themed fine dining experience would be complete without a classic – our delightful vanilla slice provided a sweet and satisfying conclusion to the meal.

Fine dining at RFBI isn’t just about serving food; it’s about curating moments that bring dignity, joy and world-class standards to every aspect of life in our village. Our catering team, led by their passion for senior nutrition, truly outdid themselves.
