RFBI has long committed to creating opportunities for passionate individuals to break into the aged care workforce and to address a gap in skilled workers within the sector. We offer traineeships across many of our services and locations that facilitate a pathway to employment and education in vital aged care service practices and standards.

Our traineeships play an essential role in addressing industry shortages and in supporting individuals to take their first step in the aged care industry.

Our RFBI Kurri Kurri Masonic Village team recently celebrated our trainees who have completed their traineeship or just commenced with the village. Sam Taylor and Samantha Rachubinski completed their traineeships with us, whilst Kira Ylias and Charlotte Childs are just commencing.

Millie Gallagher is completing a traineeship whilst still at school.

The trainees were celebrated at a special lunch organised by our team. Congratulations to Sam, Samantha, Kira, Charlotte and Millie.
