Thank you, Serko!

Face masks are an important piece of personal protection equipment (PPE) for frontline health care workers and one that has been hard to source.

As part of our response to COVID-19 to minimise the spread of the disease in our village communities and protect our residents and staff, RFBI is placing large orders for additional PPE to ensure we have enough on hand should we need it.

Recently, Bob Shaw, Chief Strategy Officer of Serko Ltd. (company that uses intelligent technology to make the process of booking, managing and reconciling business travel a better experience) paid a visit to RFBI’s head office and donated over 400 KN 95 masks to our staff working in aged care.

This wonderful act of kindness happened following a post from Darrin Grafton, CEO of Serko Ltd. who last week shared Serko’s available stock of KN95 Masks to be donated to any medical centre or essential service that are in direct need – https://lnkd.in/dhxTvzX

We would like to thank Flight Centre Travel Group for thinking of us and connecting RFBI with Serko and making this generous donation possible.

Thank you Bob Shaw for personally delivering the mask and the team from Serko Ltd. for providing these for our staff.
