Earlier this year RFBI Basin View Masonic Village welcomed Sarita as its new Care Manager, a role she steps into with warmth, experience and a deep commitment to quality care.

Sarita brings with her a strong clinical background and a diverse leadership journey. Before joining RFBI she spent four and a half years with another care provider in Bowral, where she progressed through several key roles including Registered Nurse, Infection Prevention and Control Lead, Clinical Nurse Educator and Clinical Care Coordinator. Each position strengthened her skills and reinforced her passion for person-centred, high-quality care.

Sarita describes joining RFBI as both an opportunity and a privilege. “RFBI has given me a platform where I can apply everything I’ve learned over the years,” Sarita shares. “With the organisation’s support, I’m committed to upholding high standards of care wherever I’m needed.”

“My journey has been shaped by hard work, humility and spiritual balance,” Sarita said. “Those values guide how I approach challenges, care for others and build meaningful connections.”

Now settled in South Nowra with her family, Sarita is embracing a new chapter both personally and professionally. She credits the unwavering support of her husband as a cornerstone of her growth and sees her appointment as Care Manager as a significant and meaningful milestone.

Outside of work, Sarita finds joy in creating a nurturing home environment for her family. She enjoys Vastu-inspired organisation, creative projects, and reflective practices such as meditation, which help her stay grounded and aligned. She also puts family at the centre of all that she does.

As she looks ahead, Sarita is excited to build strong relationships within the Basin View community. “I’m really looking forward to connecting with residents, families and staff, and to continuing my own growth while contributing positively to the village,” she says.
