At RFBI Leeton Masonic Village, we believe in providing our residents with a range of enriching experiences that contribute to their wellbeing and happiness. One such experience was a recent visit from our care team member, Mosese, and his friends, who presented about the rich culture of Fiji.

Residents were treated to a captivating performance of Fijian songs and dances, as well as some Australian tunes. One resident, Kevin, even played the harmonica for his new Fijian friends, creating a unique and heart-warming moment between our team and residents.

At our village, we recognise the importance of cultural diversity and encourage residents to engage in activities that broaden their perspectives. We believe that learning about different cultures can enhance our residents’ understanding of the world around them and foster a sense of community.

Through experiences like Mosese’s presentation, we aim to create a warm and welcoming environment where our residents can thrive. And it’s also a wonderful opportunity for our staff to share about their pasts, cultures and traditions.
