A message says one thousand words and residents at RFBI Basin View Masonic Village were keen to spread letters of love and appreciation this Valentine’s Day.

Residents spent time carefully writing heartfelt messages on cards explaining what they believe is the meaning of love. Some spoke of the remarkable connections they have had and continue to have with their partners, others spoke of the bong formed with their friends and family over the years.

The joy in writing their messages and having them shared was clear on the faces of residents throughout the day.

To make the experience special, our wonderful Catering Team prepared some delicious pink cupcakes, which were a hit. As they indulged in the sweet treats, they were treated to a live performance by the Phoenix Ukulele Group, who played a medley of songs that brought real warmth and festivity to the village.

It was a day filled with love, laughter and happy memories.
