The community hall at RFBI Goulburn Masonic Retirement Village was buzzing with music, great conversation and fantastic energy as residents gathered for a special Retirement Living luncheon.

It was wonderful to see so many residents come together to enjoy a delicious meal, catch up with old friends and take in a lively performance by popular band the Salt & Pepper Shakers. The room quickly filled with laughter, lively table talk and plenty of singing and dancing as the crowd embraced the classic musical tunes.

Village Co-Ordinator Jan and Admin Officer Janine were thrilled to see such a fantastic turnout, noting how heartwarming it always is to watch neighbours connect and create new memories together.

The team has received overwhelming positive feedback following the event, with many residents sharing how much they enjoyed the delicious food and joyful atmosphere. In fact, the band proved to be such a hit that the team has already booked the Salt & Pepper Shakers for next year’s celebration!

Gatherings like these are a core part of life across our retirement living communities, fostering a supportive, family-like environment where residents have full choice and opportunity to stay socially connected.
