RFBI is Proud to Support Staff Develop and Grow

Sonia Lim 18 Jan 2019

We are honoured to congratulate Stacey Cooke from RFBI Glen Innes Masonic Village and Larissa Williams from RFBI Hawkins Masonic Village, who recently completed their Bachelor of Nursing degree and are now qualified Registered Nurses (RNs).

Both Stacey and Larissa have been working with RFBI for a number of years and cannot thank RFBI enough for the support and assistance they have provided along the way.

“RFBI has been so generous in giving me the opportunity to undertake the Bachelor of Nursing degree. They have provided me with financial support and the time I needed to complete my degree successfully.” commented Larissa.

Stacey agrees that “without the help and support from RFBI, completing this degree would not have been possible.”

At RFBI, we know we are only as good as the people who work for us and we are proud to lead a dedicated and hardworking team who take an interest in self-development. While we encourage all employees to attend regular training for their roles, we also support our staff either financially or with paid leave. When working at RFBI, we want YOU to fall in love with your job.
