RFBI is very proud to be recognised by ACSA and nominated as a finalist for the ACSA “Provider of the Year” Award.  RFBI is constantly evolving and we strive to embrace new thinking so that we can continuously improve our services.

In the past year alone, RFBI has committed over $250 million to new buildings and upgrading existing villages, achieved an average staff tenure above the industry average, received 64 ideas through their staff innovation program ‘Care to Share’ of which 14 have already been implemented, achieved a 98% client satisfaction rating, won two industry awards for individual staff members’ dedication, and donated over $400,000 to research and people in need.

RFBI CEO, Frank Price stated “At RFBI we believe that good quality care should be the minimum expectation of our residents and clients. Our goal is to provide a good quality of life.”

“We are proud of the work our organisation does to ensure that people spend their later years how they choose, and never forget that the smallest things can make the biggest difference to someone’s life.”

Winners will be announced on 25 July at the NSW/ACT ACSA Awards Dinner.
