RFBI Bathurst Masonic Village Relay of Life 2019

It was a fantastic team effort by staff at RFBI Bathurst Masonic Village as they came together with family and friends to participated in the 2019 Relay of Life. The community fundraising challenge for Cancer Council NSW saw the team of 16, dressed as angels walk, ‘roll’ or run around the track to celebrate cancer survivors and their carers, and honor and remember loved ones they have lost.

“We had an awesome time, lots of fun and are so proud to have raised close to $3,000 for Cancer Council!” says Susan Storrier, Educator/Carer at RFBI Bathurst Masonic Village and Team Captain of the Cheriton Angels.

The Relay of Life is an event to raise money for Cancer Council to support cancer patients and their families not only financially with accommodation and travel, but also go towards research and education.

Thank you to everyone who generously donated their time and efforts to support the team at RFBI Bathurst Masonic Village and making this a success!
