Our team do everything we can to provide a homely feel within our villages, and sometimes that includes swapping out our usual staff uniforms for their favourite pair of PJs.

We all know there is nothing like the comfort of wearing a pair of pyjamas. So our Leisure and Lifestyle team at RFBI Basin View Masonic Village decided to throw a Pyjama Day for residents and staff earlier in June.

Staff drove to work in their PJs and residents were invited to leave their favourite pair on for the day. To add to the theme, our staff held games of toss the pillow in the bucket, had a pinata filled with chocolates, and everyone shared stories of their experiences at sleepovers from when they were younger.

It was a lot of fun and it was nice to be able to create a homely and comfortable environment where residents could share, laugh and enjoy themselves.
