Residents from our Memory Support Unit in RFBI Concord Community Village have been buzzing with energy lately as they participated in a series of new, vibrant and engaging activities.

Our Leisure & Lifestyle team is dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where residents can thrive. Recently, we introduced several new games that focus on meaningful play – activities that aren’t just fun, but are specifically designed to support cognitive function, physical coordination and social connection.

From high-energy balloon games to interactive table challenges using cups and balls, the room was filled with concentration and fun. These activities encourage residents to use their motor skills and reflexes while providing a wonderful platform for social interaction with their peers and our staff.

Stimulating memories and promoting active engagement enhances the daily lives of residents in our Memory Support Units, one smile and one sense of achievement at a time.
