A quarter-century of community, connection and care was celebrated in style on Friday 21 August as RFBI Moss Vale Masonic Village marked its 25th anniversary with a special luncheon.

Residents gathered for the milestone event alongside family members, friends and key organisational leaders. Joining the festivities were Chairman of the Board David Adams, CEO Frank Price, Head of Seniors Living Karl Bounader, Retirement Living Operations Manager Anthony Tsapicounis, Village Coordinator Jan Oldroyd, Administration Officer Janine Williams, Volunteer Ambassador Stephen Blinkhorn and local Masonic lodge members.

Their presence added to the significance of the occasion, honouring the rich history of the village and the dedicated individuals who have contributed to its growth over the past 25 years.

A special highlight of the afternoon was long-term resident Jim (Vincenzo) Iannelli, who has called the village home since 2011. Jim holds a long association with the community, having served as Vice President of the Village Board from its founding years. Jim was invited to cut the official anniversary cake, taking a moment to share fond memories and reflect on his involvement in shaping the village.

The celebration provided a wonderful opportunity for residents, guests and staff to enjoy a delicious meal, catch up with old friends and honour 25 years of rich community history.

Gatherings like these reflect the heart of the Retirement Living community, where residents enjoy an independent, fulfilling lifestyle surrounded by friends and supportive staff.
