Making Valentine’s Day special in Raleigh

Love is ageless – it brings a spring to our resident’s step. Whether that’s love for a partner, a missed love one, family member or even a friend.

Valentine’s Day is a special opportunity to celebrate love and to bring everyone together under the theme of caring for one another. At our RFBI Raleigh Urunga Masonic Village, our team celebrated Valentine’s Day with a few unique touches that went a long way for residents. Our Catering Team baked some scrumptious, heart-shaped biscuits which our residents enjoyed decorating and eating for afternoon tea.

We added the colours of love into our craft activity as well. The residents created pom poms that were then used to decorate heart-shaped, painted signs. These made the perfect table decoration for our Valentine’s Day themed afternoon tea.

Our residents loved the celebration of love!
