Residents at RFBI Tamworth Masonic Village had a special visit from some local school children this Easter, bringing joy and laughter to everyone involved. The children from Nemingha Public School made beautiful Easter cards for the residents and handed them out along with Easter eggs.

The residents were thrilled to receive the cards and spend time with the children, who were also excited to spend time with the residents. They loved chatting to General Manager, Robyn as well.

Delilah, the kindergarten representative from the school, has been very generous helping to facilitate visits to our village for the benefit of both residents and the children.

Intergenerational connections are important for our residents. Having the kids around boosts their wellbeing, encourages them to be active, gives them a sense of value, and brings smiles to their faces.

It was a heart-warming experience for everyone involved and a reminder of the positive impact that small gestures can have.
