Sewing activity at RFBI Glen Innes Masonic Village

At RFBI, we understand the importance of regular lifestyle activities, which is why we offer a great selection of activities to keep our resident’s minds and bodies active across our Villages.

One of the many activities enjoyed by our residents at RFBI Glen Masonic Village is sewing. Not only does sewing offer benefits like improved hand and eye coordination, focus and creativity, it allows our residents the social engagement as they come together to craft something beautiful.

Other social engagements include welcoming children to our Village to interact and spend time with our residents.

“These visits visit always puts a smile on everyone’s faces.” says Glen Muggleton, Lifestyle Officer at the Village.

Residents at the Village recently enjoyed a reading session by children from West Glen Infants School over morning tea.

Some of our lovely residents keep active through a variety of games available at the Village. Betty Cruwys and Pam Medcalf are residents at our Village in Glen Innes who enjoy showing their skills during an afternoon game of Carpet Bowls.

To enhance the quality of life for each of our residents, we encourage them to have fun and enjoy all the activities our Lifestyle teams have organised. To read more RFBI News and Events, visit https://rfbi.com.au//news-events/
