Leeton vegie gardens thrive

At RFBI Leeton Masonic Village, nature’s vibrant colours and flavours have been coming alive in our flourishing gardens.

The passionate green thumbs in the village have been tending to our vegetable gardens regularly, and we’ve enjoyed some delicious fresh produce from their hard work. The gardens are not only a joy for those who love to get their hands dirty, but also generously nourish residents in the village as well as provide enjoyment to others who watch as the seeds grow into nature’s goodies.

Leading the charge in our garden endeavours is Les, whose unwavering commitment ensures our gardens thrive. Each morning, Les tends to our precious plants, diligently watering and caring for them. His passion and expertise are evident in the bountiful harvests we enjoy.

Our gardens boast a variety of produce, including silverbeet, cabbage, basil, thyme, oregano, and chives, among others. Our gardens provide a serene space for residents to connect with nature and enjoy what may have been a favourite pastime of theirs.
