Holt residents take their gross motor skills to the air
31 Dec 2020Our Leisure & Lifestyle Team love to introduce new activities to keep residents entertained and active.
One that is particularly popular is balloon tennis – which is basically an easy, social game that is suitable for people across different levels of physical and cognitive abilities. It’s a fantastic game to help keep those important gross motor skills going and it is engaging even for those who simply watch.
The residents at RFBI Holt Masonic Village are particularly fond of the game. They played recently, with no scores kept, and everyone doing their best to keep the balloons in the air and making their way over the net.
