Residents and staff across our villages have been baking up a storm in preparation for Christmas. Crumbly mince pies, iced Christmas cake, cookies and, of course, the all important gingerbread house are a lot of fun to create together during the festive season.

Residents from RFBI Tamworth Masonic Village have taken their role as professional Christmas tree and gingerbread house decorators very seriously. They created a production line to decorate the gingerbread goodies ready for all to enjoy on Christmas day.

Everyone brought their own unique decoration style to the table, using lollies like musk sticks, liquorish bullets and jubes to decorate their piece.

Once completed, we incorporated the house and trees into our Christmas display in the facility, ready for all to enjoy on the special day.
