Freshly flipped pancakes bring smiles to Lake Haven

The enticing aroma of warm batter and sweet toppings filled the air at RFBI Lake Haven Masonic Village this week as residents gathered for their popular monthly pancake morning tea.

Organised by our Leisure & Lifestyle  and Catering teams, the regular event offers a wonderful opportunity for residents to come together, enjoy a hot drink and catch up with friends over freshly made pancakes.

Residents can customise their morning treat with a variety of classic toppings, ranging from traditional lemon and sugar or maple syrup to fresh seasonal fruit, whipped cream, or honey and butter.

For residents who prefer to enjoy their morning tea in the comfort of their room, our team ensures no one misses out. Orders are taken and delivered directly to their door by dedicated community volunteers, ensuring every individual feels included and supported regardless of how they choose to spend their morning.

The monthly gathering proved to be a sweet success once again, leaving everyone across the village feeling nourished, connected and looking forward to the next pancake session.
