Excellence in food continues with launch of new Seasonal Menu4 Oct 2019
We are excited to announce the launch of a new seasonal menu and central menu trial program that has been developed by our Catering Committee, made up of catering managers from across RFBI along with Toni Giles, Regional General Manager, Larissa Williams, General Manager, Lindy Twyford, Hospitality Manager and supported by Louanne Riboldi, Chief of Operations and Alyson Pearce, Chief of Innovation and Strategy.
Created from a collection of our residents’ favourite recipes, the new seasonal menu includes two hot meal choices for lunch as well as high quality texture modified versions for those who need it.
Our catering teams are also very pleased to be working with Geoff Jansz as part of the new menu trial, who has brought his creative flair to guarantee that every meal looks as good as it tastes.
RFBI has been widely recognised for our innovative approach and commitment to providing the highest quality care and services having recently been named ACSA 2019 ‘National Provider of the Year’ and winning several awards for their Dining with Dignity Program.
