Christmas in July brings festive feast and carols to Glen Innes

Who says Christmas only comes once a year? The chilly winter weather at RFBI Glen Innes Masonic Village provided the perfect backdrop this week for a wonderful Christmas in July celebration.
Our residents gathered in the main dining room to enjoy a traditional mid-year holiday feast thoughtfully prepared by our Catering team. The highlight of the day was a hearty, delicious baked dinner served with all the classic trimmings and followed by a rich, warm plum pudding for dessert that brought back fond memories of family celebrations.
The festive spirit continued throughout the afternoon as residents joined in singing cherished Christmas carols and sharing happy stories over hot drinks.
Organised by our Leisure & Lifestyle team, the event provided a fantastic opportunity for neighbours to catch up, sing along to their favourite festive tunes and enjoy a bustling social atmosphere.
