Our staff have continued the celebration of Chinese New Year by cooking Chinese cuisine for residents and holding traditional activities for them to participate in.

At RFBI Holt Masonic Village, the residents enjoyed some traditional Chinese music, beautifully cooked Chinese cuisine, ice cream with mint and fresh lychees, and fortune cookies.

We also had homemade lanterns and fans in the village for the resident’s enjoyment.

At RFBI West Wyalong Masonic Village our staff held a Chinese restaurant day, in which they served a delicious three course meal of authentic Chinese dishes for residents to enjoy.

And they certainly enjoyed them!

We can’t think of a better way to bring in the Year of the Ox.
