Last night, RFBI team members and volunteers from across the organisation came together at Doltone House – Hyde Park in Sydney for our 2026 Showcase Awards – a special evening celebrating the incredible people and teams who make RFBI what it is.

The annual Showcase Awards are an opportunity to recognise the dedication, compassion, professionalism and teamwork demonstrated across our residential care villages, retirement living communities, Care at Home services and support teams.

After celebrating our nominees and finalists over recent weeks, the evening gave us the opportunity to come together, share their achievements and announce our 2026 RFBI Showcase Awards winners.

A night to celebrate our people

More than recognising individual achievements, Showcase Night is an opportunity to celebrate the people behind RFBI and the contribution they make every day.

From our frontline care and clinical teams to our volunteers, mentors, catering teams and support services, the evening highlighted the many different ways our people contribute to creating happy, supportive communities.

It was wonderful to see colleagues from across RFBI come together at Doltone House to celebrate, reconnect and recognise the achievements of their peers.

We also extend our congratulations to every person and team nominated for a 2026 Showcase Award. Being nominated by your colleagues is an achievement in itself and reflects the positive difference you make to residents, clients, families and fellow team members.

To all our nominees, finalists and winners, thank you for everything you do and congratulations on an outstanding achievement.
