It has been a year of significant milestones across the board for our services. RFBI Hawkins Masonic Village celebrated 50 years of providing important services to older people from our current village site and our RFBI Lake Haven Masonic Village has celebrated 30 years of residential care.

The Frank M. Jeffree residential care hostel was built across three years and completed in 1991, when the doors were opened to provide assisted care and accommodation to seniors. To celebrate 30 years, our team at Lake Haven organised a special themed party for staff and residents.

The dining room was decorated with beautiful gold accents, twinkly fairy lights and table centrepieces. Residents selected the menu for the occasion and our Catering Team created a generous and scrumptious spread of Mexican inspired nachos, rice dishes, and tasty treats.

Everyone said they loved the food and the time spent together celebrating the anniversary whilst listening to 1950s Summer songs which whisked them off to warm days spent on sandy beaches.
