Celebrating 10 years of high quality care and services in Leeton18 Mar 2020
Break out the bubbly, this is a big year for RFBI Leeton Masonic Village as residents and staff recently celebrated their Village’s 10 year anniversary! Everyone came together and marked this momentous occasion with an afternoon celebration and delicious cake.
RFBI has been an active member of the Leeton community for many years. In 2000, RFBI opened their RFBI Leeton Masonic Retirement Village with six retirement villas and expanded the village a few years later to 10 retirement villas.
Recognising the need for additional care and support for older people living in the community, RFBI shortly afterwards began work on establishing a residential care service on the neighbouring land. RFBI Leeton Masonic Village was built with residents’ and families’ comfort in mind and was proudly opened by Her Excellency Professor Marie Bashir AC CVO, Governor of New South Wales.
Today, the Village enjoys an enviable reputation for delivering high quality care to 46 older Australians.
“At RFBI we want all Australians to be able to receive high quality and affordable care and that has been the driving force for our ongoing investment in Leeton,” commented Frank Price, RFBI CEO.
“This is an important milestone for the team and the celebration was an opportunity for them to reflect on the wonderful care they provide and the great community they have within the Village.”
