Bowls strikes a cord in Goulburn

Ten pin bowling is a game that is perfect for all. No matter their age, size, strength, skills and coordination, bowling is a whole lot of fun and offers countless physical and mental benefits to participants. Our Leisure & Lifestyle team at RFBI Goulburn Masonic Village have reinvented the game by creating a safe, indoor tenpin bowls experience for residents. Using pool noodles as bumpers and a chair at the end, residents were able to bowl safely and confidently.

Residents had a wonderful time and are a competitive bunch, so it was a great activity not only to improve their physical fitness and hand-eye coordination, but also generate a few laughs.

Afterwards we all enjoyed a nice ice block and some sunshine outdoors.
