Bus Adventures RFBI Kurri Kurri Masonic Village

On a regular basis, our Lifestyle Teams organises social outings for our residents and takes them on exciting bus trips. Residents at RFBI Kurri Kurri Masonic Village recently went on two bus trips that were exceptionally memorable. The first was a visit to an Equestrian Centre at Whittingham where they met a beautiful imported Andalusian stallion named, Joselito De Arroyo, who was very happy to walk up to the bus to say hello to the residents. They also enjoyed watching the other horses work and were given a bird’s eye view of the arena.

The next bus trip was to visit Monarchs in the Hunter, a place to enjoy a royal experience. Residents enjoyed rubbing shoulders with royalty, holding a corgi and having a cup of tea with the Queen. It has Australia’s largest private collections of British Royalty Memorabilia for display and our residents did not forget to take a photo with the Queen!
