As the new year kicked off, RFBI Concord Community Village wasted no time filling January with creativity and heartfelt celebrations. From intricate crafts to festive birthday parties, the month truly embodied our commitment to curating moments for every resident and staff member.

A wall of art

Inspired by upcoming Valentines Day festivities, residents enthusiastically engaged in making beautiful heart-themed paper crafts featuring images of the residents themselves. Each unique design, now proudly displayed on our wall, reflects the individuality and artistic flair of our talented residents. These creative sessions are not just about making something beautiful; they’re about fostering focus, social connection and a wonderful sense of shared accomplishment.

January birthday bashes

January brought with it not one, but two wonderful birthday celebrations in the village! We believe in celebrating every milestone and our combined parties for both residents and staff were a true testament to our village family spirit. The room buzzed with laughter, good food and plenty of well-wishes as we honoured those celebrating another year around the sun.

The heart of our Leisure & Lifestyle Program

Behind every smile and every moment of engagement is our dedicated Leisure & Lifestyle team. From lively games to guided craft sessions, their energy and commitment ensure that every day is filled with opportunities for joy, connection and meaningful participation. It’s this hands-on, person-centred approach that defines the RFBI experience.

As we move further into the year, we look forward to many more months filled with vibrant community life at RFBI Concord Community Village! Read more about the village here.
