RFBI Coffs Harbour Masonic Village Staff Fish Appreciation Day

Rumor has it that the 70’s is back at RFBI Coffs Harbour Masonic Village and this month’s Staff Fish Appreciation Day, was all about spreading the love with hippie beads, fiber optics, lava lamps and peace signs.

“It was quite a sight to see all our staff out of their uniforms and dressed for the occasion. The purpose for these days are for our hardworking teams to let their hair down and have a good time.” says Martin Bunyan, General Manager of the Village.

The playful team spirit is born out of the FiSH philosophy implemented by RFBI last year. Based on extraordinary staff and customer engagement at the now world-famous Seattle Fish Markets, FiSH and its four key values of Play, Make Their Day, Choose Your Attitude and Be There creates a common culture, strengthens relationships and helps fulfils goals.
