2021 Annual Satisfaction Survey

Every year, RFBI seeks feedback from our residents, representatives and clients through our annual satisfaction surveys to find out what we are doing well and what areas we can improve.

The 2021 satisfaction survey results show continued improvement with 94% of our residential aged care residents and 91% of our residents’ representatives, rating their experience living in
their RFBI Village as good or excellent, an improvement of 3% for both on last year’s results.

94% of our retirement residents rated their experience living in their RFBI Retirement Village as good or excellent and 99% of our Care at Home clients rated the support and services they
received as good or excellent, an improvement of 7% on last year’s results.
