Dining and Food Services Manager
Lindy joined RFBI over 30 years ago as Hospitality Manager and has been instrumental in shaping our food and meal delivery program across our organisation. In 2019, she was appointed RFBI’s Dining and Food Services Manager.
Lindy has extensive knowledge and experience in catering, food and safety. She places importance in our residents’ meal experience and support maximum resident dignity. She is also passionate about supporting staff to expand their catering knowledge and build their career.
When she is not working, she enjoys walking, Pilates, strength training and swimming. She appreciates good food and spends a lot of time with her grandchildren.
