Kathryn Legge
Regional General Manager, Quality and Development

Kathryn Legge has been a member of RFBI’s Quality and Development Team since 2021 and was appointed as the Regional General Manager for Quality and Development in 2023. Starting as the Quality System Officer, Kathryn later moved into the role of Risk and Compliance Officer. These positions have provided her with comprehensive oversight of RFBI’s systems and processes, while deepening her understanding of the aged care sector.

Kathryn began her nursing career as an Assistant in Nursing while completing her Bachelor of Nursing degree. During this period, she identified aged care as her desired field. After completing her graduate year, Kathryn was encouraged to enhance her clinical skills and moved to Intensive Care. While working in ICU, Kathryn pursued postgraduate studies in Gerontological Nursing and eventually transitioned into the aged care sector. She gained experience as a Registered Nurse before advancing into management roles.

Kathryn is passionate about empowering and developing staff to ensure that consumers and clients receive high-quality care and services.
