Alyson Pearce
Chief of Strategy and Innovation

Alyson Pearce first joined RFBI in 2017 taking on a temporary role as the Chief Marketing Officer before becoming RFBI’s first Chief of Strategy and Innovation. 

Alyson began her marketing career in financial services and entered the charity sector to work with RSPCA, responsible for marketing, advertising, PR, corporate, political relations and sponsorship. She returned to financial services where her role with American Express Brought her to Australia in 2004. 

She completely moved from the corporate world into the not-for-profit sector 0718 to run the marketing and community relations team at the Australian Red Cross Blood Service to run the marketing team and through the Red Cross network, worked on global initiatives to drive best practice, raise awareness, improving efficiencies and increasing blood donations across each country’s service.

Outside of work, when she is not travelling, she enjoys catching up with friends, cooking, playing golf and taking long walks with her dog.
