History

Dating back to 1885, Cottage Homes arose from a concept by Mrs S.C. Stewart and Mrs S. Joseph as the Ladies Benevolent Society. In 1999 a major overhaul of the homes was undertaken. Later that year, Cottage Homes in Tamworth was officially opened by  Rt Hon Ian Sinclair AC, the former member for New England.
